Etrans, LLC (Etransamerica) is a US based company with local offices in Massachusetts and Iowa. With an extensive background in providing outsourced solutions to the healthcare industry, we pride ourselves on offering quality transcription with a turnaround time the envy of our industry.

 Our current clients include physicians from nearly all specialties as well as surgery centers, health care centers and hospitals. We serve doctors in primary care, internal medicine, medical specialties and surgeons in all fields.

 We are fully HIPAA compliant and using the most advanced digital technology available, our clients can use our services from anywhere in the USA.

 
Our clients download audio/voice files to us by using a Toll Free Number or by using a digital handheld recorder which can be “docked” in a cradle attached to your home or office PC. The files are then downloaded to our secure server from where our staff pick up the files for transcription. The fully transcribed files are uploaded to our website where they can be accessed by secure individual log in.

 Our unique website design allows you to upload any appointment schedules or documentation to ensure that our transcriptionist can “double check” the accuracy of patient names etc.

 Files are returned and attached to the audio file – giving you the opportunity to check your dictation against the voice files to ensure complete accuracy. All documents are returned in Word format for ease of editing, printing and filing.

 Etrans, LLC is fully HIPAA compliant and maintains the highest level of security and confidentiality. All dictated information is encrypted from the time it leaves your office until it returns fully transcribed. Our servers are located in secure data storage centers that are fully protected from fire, theft, wind and water. Each user has his or her own PIN and PASS CODE for private account access to our servers from anywhere in the world.

Etrans, LLC offers a 24 x 7 customer support hotline for all of our equipment and servers. That means that any time there is a problem while dictating, we are there to help. Fortunately, help is rarely needed with our streamlined technology but isn’t it nice to know that we are available if needed?
